Quick opening closures are also available to operate in extreme temperature applications, of up to 327°C (620°F).
Typical applications for this type of closure include; hot oil filters, manways, hot gas filtration, sulfur recovery systems and amine recovery systems.
The design incorporates a single point lever, which enables quick and safe opening in a fraction of time and as rapid as under 1 min. A hand operated pressure warning screw is integrated into the door mechanism to prevent unlocking while under pressure.
