A Small Bag Dump Station, also known as a manual dump station, provides a secure and clean way to manually unload small (25-50 lb) bags of bulk powders and granules into your process system. Most commonly the bag dump station will consist of a door, hopper, dust hood, and can sometimes contain integral dust collection. The dump station will typical sit over other devices such as a rotary air lock, vibrator feeder, screw feeder or conveyors like, tubular drag, flexible screw, or vacuum conveyors, to dose material into the process.
